ACS provides a nationwide calibration and repair service which includes collection and delivery services, traceable results to national standards, detailed certification (including results) and full guarantees on all work.
Equipment is tested in a temperature controlled environment utilising state-of-the-art testing and calibration equipment with minor repairs carried out inclusive of calibration.

Calibrating & repairing products from many different manufacturers
Specialist calibration
As a premier provider of specialist calibration ACS manages client contracts and maintains complete calibration registers of equipment, removing the pressure of subcontracting different items to different calibration laboratories.
The vast majority of calibrations are carried out in our own laboratory. However ACS also has a select number of specialist partners who are utilised when very specific and unique knowledge of equipment is required. All ACS partners are accredited and must maintain ACS’s own high standards of service.

Fast reliable repair service
ACS repair services are designed to minimise downtime for our customers. This includes the holding of many parts and accessories in stock and the company also uses its own unique network of suppliers to obtain parts and information quickly and efficiently.
The quotation service is free with quotes provided within 2-3 days of receipt. Repairs are carried out on many different manufacturers’ equipment. ACS are also approved warranty repair agents for Megger and an approved service centre for Seaward products.

The ACS repair service aims to deliver an efficient, cost-effective repair and parts service by focusing on the customers requirements. This is done by providing a free rapid response quotation service, immediately acting on client authorisations, reducing turnaround to an absolute minimum and utilising the professional network of suppliers to obtain parts without delay, often within 24hrs.

At ACS we are committed to providing the most economic approach to your repairs, giving honest considered advice on your instrument’s condition and its prognosis. We can even offer equivalent replacement units, at incredibly competitive prices, if it is not possible to repair your tester or where cost of repair is prohibitive.
